What data do we collect?
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Contact and identification data you provide yourself through a form, by e-mail, by phone or when booking an appointment: name, company, job title, e-mail address, phone number, address.
- Customer and billing data: quotations, orders, invoices, payment details and contract information.
- Project and account data: the user accounts, settings, alerts and configurations created while we deliver our services to your organisation.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, date and time of the visit, referring website.
Machine, process and sensor measurements from our customers' installations are data about equipment and processes, not about individuals. Where such data can nevertheless be linked to an identifiable person, we treat it with the same care as personal data, and we process it on our customer's instructions as a processor.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Who do we share it with?
We rely on service providers that process data solely on our instructions, under a data processing agreement:
- Odoo S.A. — hosting of this website, CRM and invoicing;
- Cloudflare — website security and performance;
- Google Ireland Ltd. — website statistics (Google Analytics);
- Microsoft Ireland — e-mail, collaboration tools and appointment booking (Microsoft Bookings);
- Meta Platforms Ireland — advertising measurement (Meta pixel);
- our cloud, connectivity and accounting partners, for the operation of our services and our administration.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another legally permitted transfer mechanism. We may also share data where the law requires us to.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, role-based access control, backups, and limited access for our staff.
